Hi, my name is Sara and welcome to my blog! I started this blog in the hopes of inspiring others to try creative alternatives to therapy. My daughter, Lizzie, is the model in the pages and had a stroke at 19, (December of 2012). I’ve discovered that by slightly modifying normal activities Lizzie could participate in the hobbies she enjoyed and achieve the same muscle movements and practice as traditional therapies. So, try out some of the activities and put the fun in therapy.

Other section include: The Story, which tells the story of what happened to Lizzie, Outings, which are us getting out in the community as a less abled individual. I’ve also include Sara-ndipity, my outings which I’ve included to inspire everyone to try to make a life for yourself.
